Complaints Procedure

Be assured that we will seek to resolve all complaints to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

In the very unlikely situation where you want to make a complaint, we ask that you please put this in writing and send it to us at complaints@clickcarloans.co.uk. Alternatively, if you prefer you can post it to us at the following address:

We will always confirm receipt of a complaint within 3 working days and hope to provide you with a full response within 4 weeks. We will write to you within the 4 weeks if we cannot provide a final response within that time. We will always respond to your complaint in full within 8 weeks.
